HATS OFF TO BOB F. My wife and I recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with a ride to dinner and around town in a 1963 Rolls Royce. Well, the driver of that classic car was a gentleman by the name of Bob F. He was outstanding to put it mildly. Bob had personality plus. He was timely, polite, well dressed, full of life, funny and very poetic ... he recited romantic verses from Shakespeare to us. This was so cool. Bob was such a great beginning to a wonderful evening for my wife and I. Slawik, Pech Limousine, Inc. is fortunate to have this man as a part of the organization. Just a quick note to say that we appreciated your service and advice. Keith was an outstanding driver, he was at the airport waiting on us, got us to the hotel and then to the game in plenty of time. Slawik, FYI,
this is a vacation trip so Liz and Ted will be going with me. I thought I
would mention it since the last few vacation trips with the increased amount
of luggage were a surprise to the driver.
I also wanted to mention how great Bill has been over the last several
years. He typically draws the early morning airport runs from my house and
it is always a pleasure. Ted, who is now 4, always asks if Bill is coming
to pick me up when I am leaving for a business trip. Ted is always
reassured when I say yes.....
And unfortunately I can't recall his name at the moment, but the driver from
Tulsa has been great on several recent trips from the airport home. It just
so happens that he is from the same part of rural Oklahoma where I grew up.
It is always nice to see a friendly face when I return from a long business
trip to the Philippines or some other remote locale. lance

Dinner Party Transportation 2-24-2007 - Driver Rod Bailey in the black 14-passenger Lincoln stretch:
Mr. Pech- Thanks for a great experience. Rod showed up
right on time and was very courteous and professional. We asked Rod to stop at
a convenience store on the way to our next destination and he provided escort to
the door of the store and waited in order to provide escort back to the car.
Yes, we were in a bit of a bad part of town at the time. The car was beautiful,
clean, and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to others and rent again.
Which brings me to my next point. I'm getting married on May 19th and wanted to
see what Bentley's you had available that day. The pics of those cars on your
website look awesome. The wedding begins at 2:00 and I think we would need the
car to take us to our hotel by around 4:30. The wedding and reception are at
The Villa and we'll likely stay at the Hotel Raphael. So not a far drive but a
classy pickup nonetheless. I'd appreciate any info on rates and availability.

Dear Slawik, We wanted to Thank you for the exceptional service we received from your company. My fiance James rented a red limo for my 40th surprise birthday party. Charlie our driver met James earlier that morning to give him the directions and drop off the flowers and champagne. We were impressed by the impeccable service we received from Charlie. The Limo was clean and completely setup upon departure for my trip to the spa. It was a cold winter day and once Charlie arrived he stood by the door waiting for my arrival for some 15 minutes while I was finishing up getting ready, I was running late as usual. He was so nice and wanted to make sure that I knew this day was for me and that he would be opening my door and was there to make my trip memorable. Upon picking me up from the spa we stopped at a convenience store, while James was inside a couple of teenagers asked if James was someone famous and Charlie nodded yes. For that day we were, it was too funny. We never had to open a door or wait for a door to be opened Charlie was Superb. Once we arrived at the hotel I was greeted by my friends for a surprise Birthday Party. We decided to rent another Limo for our group, unfortunately your service was booked and we had to go with another service. Let's say that your service, your driver and your limo were the best of the best. The other service was twice as much and ranked as the worst business we've ever encountered in our lives. James is a business owner himself and he realizes how important exceptional customer service should be. Once the guests had left we realized that James could not find his glasses or car keys. So at 1:30 in the morning he called Charlie, he had just gotten home. He greeted James in a professional manner and went to the car to lift up the seat and sure enough the keys and glasses were in there. He said that he would drop them off 1st thing in the mourning. True to his word Charlie made the trip to our hotel on his own time and not only delivered the keys and glasses but had each them wrapped in bubble wrap and in an envelope with our name on it at the front desk. Just wanted to say thank you for working with us Friday nite on changing times and limos for my parents 55th anniversary. My mother was so suprised. You were so wonderful to work with. I will definitely recommend you to others. Also, the restaurant that you recommended, M&S Grill, was excellent. The driver we had was great (I wish I could remember his name). He really came through when he picked us up after dinner with supplying a blanket to my mom and dad. That was the only disappointing thing, there was limited heat in the back of the limo and everyone was so cold. The windows were frosted the whole night and it was quite cool. Cerner discussion board. Somebody posted a negative experience with a
different company, so I thought I'd add my positive experience with your
company. Apparently others agree. I just thought you'd like to know
that your good service is appreciated (and being spoken well of).
Hopefully it may generate some business for you. If you were willing to
give any sort of a discount to Cerner associates (no matter how small),
I'd be able to post that to this discussion. I was plenty happy with
your rates, it just might be that combined with all the good feedback it
might generate even more calls. Just a thought...

BLAST! Gretchen was overwhelmed with the whole experience. Even that morning,
at work, at the funeral we had
to attend she was still asking us questions of who it might be. When we
arrived to pick her up Duane went to get her and I thought Duane was going to
have to carry her out kicking and screaming. Gretchen kept asking Duane
questions and Duane did his job by not answering the questions she kept firing
at him. She was overwhelmed-just to see her face when she saw the limousine
there to pick her up. We had to send her back in to pack her bag. Gretchen
said it was the best day of her life. I think the day was a major hit. Also
Duane was a real gentleman and we appreciated him-Gretchen wanted to keep him.
We had a FIRST CLASS evening all around. We have found us a great limousine
